Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Adviso Consulting Group for any service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Scope of Services

Adviso provides strategic management consulting, advisory, and related professional services as described in individual engagement agreements. All services are governed by the specific Statement of Work agreed upon at the outset of each engagement.

Payment Terms

Intellectual Property

All deliverables, frameworks, and methodologies created by Adviso remain the intellectual property of Adviso unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive a perpetual license to use deliverables created for their specific engagement.

Limitation of Liability

Adviso's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York City under JAMS rules.
